The preserved buildings are tightly packed along Slotsgade.

No. 28 on the corner of Nybro f. inst. This was built for surgeon J. W. A. Zehr in 1798.

Across the street in no. 33 we find the house of prefect Bödecker from about 1748.

The neighbour to the right is nothing less than the old county house from 1748. For the most part Slotsgade wasn't incorporated under the town's jurisdiction until 1861.
We walk right(out of town).

The last house on the street towards the palace is no. 42.
We cross the unbuilt area at Mølleåen.
