At the northern end of Strandstræde lies the big former bakery.
Even when the bakery itself, which was opened with the construction of this very building for the baker Peter Trockmann in 1784(by J. H. Blichmann), was closed in 1976 the sign still hangs on the facade. This impressive building continues to wear the name of the bakery: "På Trappen"(On the Stairs).
We turn left onto Von Ostensgade.
