The building on the corner(no. 11) wears the proud name "Kommandørboligen"(House of the Commodore).
The national coat of arms on the facade is evidence of an official usage from the time of its foundation. This relates to the times when it hosted the customs and the pilot inspector 1845-1915. The milestone from 1789, which carries the monogram of Christian vii, can be seen to the left.
We pass the milestone on our way onto Badstuevælen.
